Immobilizing literacy

While preparing for this class, I planned to reflect on what the students would change in Ch.2 (Results and Discussion) and what to take over to further college careers. When in class, I found myself thinking that this is key.
It actually was assigned as homework. These two questions were posted in pursuit of gaining 5 extra points to Ch.2 grade. In reality, this assignment turned into my further thinking on liquidity of knowledge, and thus literacy.
Not only what they bring into class is crucial, but also their takeover at this moment (not necessarily further).
Another component that I assessed was "agency". How did their linguistic repertoire change to describe what they obtain?
I can't believe how vital is thinking across domains.
